JD:

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong background in security to lead the development and enhancement of our security product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security technologies and best practices, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing security products throughout their lifecycle. This individual will play a key role in driving product strategy, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product management lifecycle for our security product portfolio, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Drive the development and delivery of high-quality security products on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on security technologies and trends, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on security products.
  • Deep understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing security products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security ) preferred.
