As a medical scribe in a clinical setting, you will work alongside medical provider in outpatient clinics, inputting information into patients' medical charts in real time. You may also perform many advanced workflow duties that relieve the burdens of paperwork and documentation from busy healthcare providers. You will enter the patient’s room with the provider to document the subjective and objective portions of the chart, in addition to all treatment and follow up care directly into the electronic medical record.
Scribing is for highly motivated and driven individuals on a pre health career track including MD/DO, PA, NP who are at least 18 years old. Some prior clinical experience is preferred however not required.
Must be proficient in English: fluency in secondary languages is a plus.
