Medical Scribe - Bilingual

We are looking to hire a bilingual medical scribe, experience preferred. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 : 30 - 5 : 30.

Energetic, and willing to learn.- Strong customer service and communication skills.-Proper phone etiquette and knowledge of computers.

Familiar with Microsoft Office Word & Excel- Overall great attitude and team spirit- Hardworking and Punctual- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : - Verifying insurance- Pre-Certifying as needed- Scheduling appointments-

Specific Duties and Responsibilities The role of this position is primarily as a scribe but also may participate in a variety of activities : Takes and delivers accurate messages, according to office policies, when appropriate personnel are unavailable.

Rooms patients when needed. Measures and records vital signs in medical record. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients when needed.

Documents appropriately. Maintains confidentiality of records. Implement physician orders, keeping physicians abreast of their patient's ongoing care.

Maintain accurate and complete recording and reporting. Filling out lab requisitions for patients. Reconciliation of lab requisitions and results to ensure that lab results are received in a timely manner.

Other duties as assigned by the, provider. Associate degree preferred.

Pay : From $18.00 per hour
