TITLE: Site Coordinator
LOCATION: Leal Elementary School
SUPERVISOR: This position reports directly to the Director of ASCCP/BSCCP
JOB SUMMARY: The program leadership shall consist of a highly-trained individual who is able to lead a team of staff in dealing with the everyday needs and interests of young children and, at the same time, provide a close relationship in the areas of understanding, motivation, and self-discipline in a group setting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
