Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or technical sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to manage accounts effectively and prioritize tasks
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
