Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team in May this year. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and assist with any guest inquiries or concerns.

Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally
- Process payments using electronic payment system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with others to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server or Customer Service related roles is highly preferred, but not a must

- Able to work under pressure during peak hours
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service

- Good personal hygiene
- Can-do attitude and positive mindset
- High level of resilience is preferred, but not a must

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 60 per week
