Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Supervise and train new customer service representatives
- Develop training materials and conduct ongoing training sessions for the team
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to assist customers who speak different languages
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling products or services to customers
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle high call volumes efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for assisting customers who speak different languages
- Assistant manager experience is preferred for potential growth opportunities within the company
