Pilates Studio Front Desk Position
Are you a welcoming and organized individual with a passion for health and wellness? We're looking for someone to be the Front Desk Coordinator as the friendly face and organizational planner of our Pilates studio.
Responsibilities:
Greetings and Customer Service:
  • Welcome clients with a friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Provide information about studio services, classes, and promotions.
  • Ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
Scheduling:
  • Manage class schedules and appointments efficiently.
  • Assist clients in booking sessions and coordinating with instructors.
  • Handle last-minute changes or cancellations with professionalism.
Follow-ups:
  • Conduct follow-up communications with clients to gather feedback.
  • Address any concerns or inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
Light Bookkeeping:
  • Assist in basic financial transactions, such as processing payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of studio transactions.
  • Post on Instagram:
    • Creatively showcase the studio's atmosphere and events on Instagram.
    • Share updates on classes, promotions, and studio happenings.
    • Engage with our community through comments and direct messages.
Overall Maintenance:
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio space.
  • Coordinate with cleaning services and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ensure that the studio environment aligns with the brand's image and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping practices.
