Responsibilities:

• Answering calls with professionalism and empathy
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently
• Conducting collection calls with tact and resilience
• Managing weekly billing tasks with attention to detail
• Engaging in data entry tasks with precision
• Monitoring emails, texts, and other communication channels promptly
• Assisting with various office-related duties to ensure smooth operations

• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Proficient typing skills to handle tasks efficiently

Location & Commitments

• Permanent, full-time role based in Salisbury, NC.
• Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5 PM
