**Position Description:**

The Customer Service Representative position will play a crucial role in helping our customers. In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve technical issues through the appropriate channels.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support to customers

* Ensure timely response and resolution to customer queries

* Work collaboratively with the companys internal departments to ensure customer needs are adequately addressed

* Ensure a positive customer experience

* Develop and maintain a knowledge of the products provided

* Provide consistent status updates to appropriate parties

* Complete all other duties assigned

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Adept with Microsoft Office

* Ability to identify problems and determine possible solutions

* Strong organizational skill with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects

* Regular attendance

**Job Type:** Full time (30-40 hours per week)
