For anyone who is working at a contact center, in any form, and looking for a more fulfilling job, this is it! Now more than ever, people are struggling with a variety of mood disorders including depression and anxiety. We can help all these people! As a Customer Support Agent, your job will be to support these patients, both new and established. Our offices are open from 6 AM- 8 PM Monday-Friday and 7 AM-7 PM on Saturdays, with various full-time shifts available.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Respond to patients via phone and email.
  • Connect with and provide a positive experience for patients.
  • Educate patients on various treatment options our Healthcare company provides and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Record patient information into our system.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • Proven experience in a contact center or customer support via telephone.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable in difficult situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
