Desired Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience as a Bartender in a well-rated New York Times restaurant in NYC
- Experience in an Italian, Mediterranean, or California-inspired restaurant is preferred
- Personable & professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and guests
- The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure, being able to work through tickets and service calmly and seamlessly
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and amaros/aperitifs
