Job Description
Help us set the tone for excellence in craft beer & food as a front-of-house employee at Upland Brewing Company. We are hiring hard-working, beer-loving, customer-focused servers to join our growing team. Located at 4939 E 82nd St. Indianapolis, IN
Responsibilities:
- Guide guests with ordering decisions including highlighting new menu & beer specials
- Maintain a clean environment in the dining room and service stations
- Set tables, deliver food & beverage
- Deliver a great customer experience for all guests
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to listen & communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
