Overview:
Provide overall nursing supervision, training, competency review, performance evaluations and management for nursing personnel, Health Aides, and Nursing and Medical Assistant students.
Provide oversight of nursing treatment area and clinical nursing services to assure implementation of best nursing practice to be provided in a safe, secure, accessible environment and implemented with dignity and respect by trained, skilled, and professional staff.
Oversee or directly provide training, supervision, and competency evaluation for Health Aides in collaboration with Center Nurses, Primary Care, and Center Manager.
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year experience in Geriatric Nursing
Supervisory and managerial experience necessary
Self directed, organized, and flexible
Ability to speak Spanish, Cape Verdean Creole or Haitian Creole a plus but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
