Uphams Homecare is looking to hire compassionate and mission driven Nurses

Nurses at Uphams Homecare are core members of an Interdisciplinary Care Team responsible for patient assessments as well as contributing to a patients plan of care. Other important responsibilities include providing nursing care and prescribed treatments to participants in their homes.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.

Experience & Qualifications:

-A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Home Health Care and/or Long Term Care.

-Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience

-Fluent in English is a must. Bilingual in Spanish, Cape Verdean Creole and Portuguese highly desired.

Supervise Home Health Aides
