At least 2 years management experience in high volume, late night, upscale bar or lounge environment.
Strong bartending background with the ability to roll up their sleeves and help manage order and guest flow
during peak business.
In-depth knowledge of liquor, beer and wine products and appreciation for craft cocktails.
Passion for customer service, leadership and fostering teamwork when busy.
Be able to work late nights (bar closes at 2am) and weekends.
Effective in developing/maintaining professional working relationships with guests and staff.
Oversee monthly inventories and ensure that bar costs fall within budgeted percentages.
Proven record of reliability, punctuality and ability to follow polices.
