Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and file management
- Utilize computerized systems
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
