University of Texas at Dallas is Hiring a Marketing Communications Manager Near Richardson, TX

Job Summary
The marketing communications manager is responsible for the implementation, data mining and business intelligence reporting for Salesforce projects toward recruitment goals. The position will collaborate with the program, school, and university in social media and digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms.
Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree; five years experience in marketing communications and advertising; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Administration Certification; Marketing Cloud, HTML/CSS, Google AdWords, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AP Style editing experience
Preferred Education: MS in Communications, Arts, Business Administration, MIS or Marketing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create program specific online campaigns and design customized HTML/CSS email drip campaigns. Mockup designs of web and landing pages.
  • Track campaigns and generate reports to measure and demonstrate ROI and analyze for improvements using Salesforce CRM. Generate custom admission/enrollment reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Liaise with JSOM and UTD personnel in Salesforce, marketing, external relations, and web services.
  • Identify opportunities, trends and features in higher education marketing and recruitment. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology releases, applications, integrations, and opportunities.
  • Supervise student worker in marketing tasks.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Remote Work Notice
After the probationary period, a hybrid remote work schedule may be available. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
