POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing & Operations Manager position is a dynamic role that plays a vital part in running the operations and supporting the marketing of Maven Financial Partners. This position involves implementing marketing strategies, executing operational processes, assisting in sales initiatives, and managing event coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, operations, or sales support, with the ability to effectively coordinate and execute various tasks to support the organization's goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a quick learner, a good communicator, an independent worker, resourceful, organized, reliable, and will align with our core values of incredible service, empowered leadership, and commitment to growth, development, and balance.
Maven Financial partners is a financial consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas that provides small healthcare businesses with financial awareness, clarity, and strategic advice.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of office administration
- Prepare for conferences and speaking engagements: prepare presentations, order collateral materials, manage deliverables and due dates
- Recruiting and Hiring: post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews
- Employee Onboarding: administrative orientation and coordination
- Sales Assistant: attend virtual sales meetings, send proposals
- Lead Management: manage CRM, implement sales funnel process
- Marketing Coordination: oversee social media posts, coordinate blog postings, deploy newsletters
- Client Billing
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Administrative, Operations, or Marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Substantial self-initiative to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and upbeat personality
- Professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
