Job Description
The University of Pennsylvania has a great opportunity for an HR Solution Center Service Representative to join our team. The Penn Employee Solution Center provides Workday support to all employees, managers, and business partners at the University. As a single point of contact, we provide accurate answers, consistent and professional service, and timely resolution to HCM-related inquiries and issues.
The HR Solution Center Service Representative will provide customer service support, via call center, to our workforce. Will provide accurate information regarding all HCM programs, processes, and systems. Responsible for investigating and troubleshooting issues and concerns as they arise, and providing swift and accurate resolution. The Representative will assist employees with performing self-service transactions. With broad knowledge of HCM subject areas and Penn policies, s/he will build knowledge articles, revise existing material, and monitor trends to respond to changing needs of Penn's workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A H.S Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field strongly preferred. Experience in and aptitude for customer service required. Experience with Customer Relationship Management software strongly preferred. Demonstrated problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills required. Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as individually. Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality related to employee information required. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure, while continuing to meet established deadlines. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills necessary. Workday experience strongly preferred.
