Position Summary | The Clinical Law Program at the UNM School of Law is alaw office where program faculty train law students in basic lawyering skillsthrough the representation of real-world clients. We are looking for an individual withtop-notch organizational and data entry skills to join our team as a RecordsAdministrator. The primary responsibility of this position is to create andmaintain confidential client files through their life cycle, utilizing lawoffice management software as well as physical client files. The position willinteract with law students and faculty to train and assist them with filemanagement procedures. The position alsohas shared responsibility for providing general administrative support,including receptionist duties. Thesuccessful candidate will exhibit professionalism and excellent communicationskills, both oral and written. See the Position Description for additional information. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
