Position Summary | The Department of Undergraduate Medical Education’s Office Program Evaluation, Education, and Research (PEAR) is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative Research Specialist to join our team. The PEAR unit provides evaluation services in UME, which administers the four-year medical school curriculum. This Research Specialist will work independently and in collaboration with other PEAR staff on tasks and projects, which include: Finalists should be prepared to provide official educational transcripts if selected for hire. Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
Preferred Qualifications | 1. Ability to think critically and reason through problems independently. |
Additional Requirements | Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required, depending on department needs. |
