Position Summary | Assist with basic administrative functions in an Executive office setting. Must have good communication and organization skills.May be required to assist with special projects and run office errands. Performs a range of basic office support activities for a unit/department, such as: answering phones and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or word processing work as assigned. Opening and routing mail and maintaining records.Will also perform a variety of assignments such as, making labels, updating files and scheduling the conference rooms, and other duties as assigned.Will oversee incidental operations on a daily basis. |
