We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. ```Duties```
- Manage and supervise all front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Conduct regular audits of front desk operations to identify areas for improvement
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is required
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems (e.g., property management systems)
- Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are preferred but not required
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with guests and resolve guest issues
