Bilingual Medical Front Office Admin

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Front Office Admin for our wonderful healthcare client with locations throughout Albuquerque.

This role will be based out of our client's Albuquerque office, but will be expected to travel to three other office locations as needed (mileage is reimburse) and will need to be bilingual English / Spanish.

This role will be a temp-to-hire opportunity and will focus on the entire administrative spectrum for our client, including patient check in / out, insurance verification, copay collection, and updating patient demographics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative experience
• Bilingual English / Spanish
• Microsoft Office and EMR system proficiency

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to give a great customer service experience
• Can work independently when needed and also as a part of a team environment
• Microsoft Office and EMR experience required
• Must be fluent in English / Spanish
• Able to be a proactive problem solver while giving an excellent experience to patients
