***This is a Locum Tenens, part-time position. You need to have a New Mexico license, NM DEA and NM CSR***

Provides and oversees direct dental diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care for a specified patient population.

Conditions of Employment
  • CPR Certified.
  • Specialty licensure/certification may be required, as specified by the department.
  • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
  • May be subject to credentialing process; must maintain credentialed status, if applicable.
  • Must maintain certification status.
Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities; or enrollment in a Dental Residency Program.Certification/LicensureCurrent Licensure from New Mexico Board of Dental Health Care.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
