Why Us?
The Surgical Acute Care unit is a medical surgical unit with a focus on postoperative care. Scope of service includes continuous cardiac monitoring, continuous oxygen saturations, wound, and drain management . Patients are admitted following surgical procedures via intra-hospital transfer from IMC, ICU, PACU, and as direct admissions through Express Care/Critical Care Resuscitation Unit (CCRU).
