University of Idaho Temporary Faculty Lecturer
Location: Moscow Division/College: Employee Category: Pay Range: Commensurate with experience FTE: Up to 0.475 Full/Part Time: Position Summary: The University of Idahos Department of Design and Environments seeks applications for a part-time lecturer in Interior Architecture and Design (IAD). This temporary lecturer position is expected to teach part time (2-7 credits per semester) at the undergraduate level including one or more of the following courses: Undergraduate IAD studio (fall and/or spring) History of Interiors I (fall) History of Interiors II (spring) Design Communication (sketching, portfolio development, etc.) (fall or spring) IAD Capstone Proposal Development (fall) Introduction to IAD (spring) Interior Architecture and Design I (spring) Minimum Qualifications: Experience teaching in university setting and/or design practice experience. Preferred Qualifications: NCIDQ Certification. LEED, WELL, CHID, CKBA, and/or other discipline appropriate professional credentials.3 or more years of teaching and/or design practice experience.Evidence of teaching and design practice excellence.
