Job Summary:
Inspiration for Men is a substance abuse treatment program for adult men with chronic histories of substance use disorders; many serving some form of a legal sentence with the state of Colorado. The operations department is responsible for the monitoring of clients within the facility as well as while they are in the community for public safety issues. This position observes, monitors, intervenes in, and records client activity. The position audits a plethora of standards from the Division of Criminal Justice, Signal Behavior Health, and Behavioral Health Administration. This position is located at the Ft. Logan Campus and will be scheduled during Swing Shift hours.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $42,948 - $49,826.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
