UC Riverside's Dining Services is recruiting for the Restaurant Supervisor, HUB Operations. The full salary range for the Restaurant Supervisor, HUB Operations is $45,700 - $75,900 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $47,476 to $60,800 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Under the direction of the Retail Restaurant Manager, HUB Operations (Highlander Union Building), the Restaurant Supervisor assists in planning, organizing and managing the day-to-day activities, work assignments, customer service and maintenance functions of Dining Operations located in the Highlander Union Building. The position participates in the selection, training, supervision and performance evaluation of assigned staff (including custodial and maintenance functions); reviews unit budgets to ensure proper fiscal controls; supervises the ordering, receiving, storage and issuing of all assigned products, along with the planning and service of all assigned menu items. Maybe required to oversee Retail and or Residential Facilities for limited times to include Senior Cooks, Principal Cooks, Cooks, Storekeepers, Custodians and Sr. Food Service Workers. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
