What You’ll Do as a Service Manager
- Manage, Coach and Train Field Technical Sales Staff
- Track performance statistics to focus on training needs
- Perform administrative tasks to monitor and prepare field sales staff
- Perform individual coaching sessions with sales personnel
- Plan and execute group training sessions
- Interact and communicate well with customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and always ensure a high level of customer satisfaction!
- Report to Operations Manager

- In Home Service, Plumbing or Hvac sales preferred
