Job Title: Service Greeter/Valet

Job Summary: As a Service Greeter/Valet, you will be the first point of contact for guests and customers visiting our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere while offering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will assist with valet parking services, ensuring efficient vehicle handling and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Welcoming:
• Welcome guests and customers with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Provide information about our services, facilities, and any ongoing promotions or events.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and any special requests they may have.
• Valet Parking Services:
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain an organized valet parking area, ensuring smooth traffic flow.
• Handle guests' vehicles with care and respect, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Customer Assistance:
• Offer assistance with belongings as needed.
• Escort guests to their destination within the establishment, such as the service or parts area.
• Provide support to guests with disabilities or special needs, ensuring their comfort and convenience.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as security or concierge, to address guests' needs or concerns promptly.
• Relay important information to guests regarding any changes or updates to services or facilities.
• Maintaining Appearance and Cleanliness:
• Keep the entrance area, lobby, and valet parking zone clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure proper upkeep of valet equipment and supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or valet parking is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical condition, as the role may involve standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
