We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team.

The Assistant Director of Nursing has 24 hour a day 7 days a week responsibility for all program activities and treatment services provided on assigned units. He/She is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient programming, staffing ratios, supervision of patients and staff, budgeting and compliance with hospital and regulatory agency standards. The Assisant Director of Nursing has the added respsoniblity of faciltiy wide leadership and decison making in the absence of the Chief Nursing Offier. He/She is responsible to ensure that all nursing services adhere to the American Nursing Association of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.
• Four years clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health population required. Previous clinical supervisory role in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Licensure and registration by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners as a registered nurse. Certified by the Certification Board for Infection (CBIC) preferred.
