Marketing Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Upload Leads into CRM and Distribute to Sales Team
- Duplicate pre-designed landing pages through Wix
- Manage Social Media Presence
- Coordinate Video-Shoot Schedule
- Handle Incoming Calls and Greet Clients as Needed
- Create and Maintain Comfortable Atmosphere for Executive Level Employees and Their Clients
Qualifications:
- Creative Mindset
- Not Afraid of Technology!
- Competency in G-Suite and Microsoft Applications, Specifically: Gmail, Google Sheets, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Competency in creating landing pages through WIX and Unbounce preferred, but not required
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a creative go-getter who is excited by the dynamic marketing industry and looking to develop skills that will help them become a powerhouse in client relations, content marketing, and performance management.
Our Marketing Team Members will start out by duplicating pre-designed landing pages, uploading and assigning leads to the sales team, managing our social media presence, and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for clients as they come in for their appointments with our Financial Advisors.
They will also have unlimited room for growth as responsibilities increase and expand into content creation, video production, event planning, and more.
Experience is not required as we are looking for a driven individual who can learn quickly and maintains a high standard of self.
This position will be full-time and in-office at our Clearwater location. All of our team members are welcome to enjoy our in-house gym, weekly catered lunches, and generous paid-time off.
