Job Description-

Fairfield Family Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides/Personal Care Assistants to do home care visits.

Fairfield Family Care has been working to provide families with exceptional services for over 25 years. Our mission is to provide compassion and excellence in all aspects of home care as a trusted provider in the community. We offer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week quality care, including personal care and companionship.

Available Positions-

Full-Time & Part-Time (Flexible)

Weekends

Start Date-

Immediately!

Caregiver/client referral bonus

COVID-19 Precautions

Job Requirements-

Work with patients of all ages that require care in their homes/living facility.

Must be able to conduct patient care plan activities.

Must be a caring, patient, and compassionate caregiver.

Be willing to accompany patients on appointments.

Qualifications

HHA (Home Health Aide) or PCA (Personal Care Assistant) certificate not required but preferred.

Negative PPD/Quantiferon (If POSITIVE must provide Chest X-Ray Report)

Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, mobility, medication reminders, personal hygiene, and feeding.

Document and report any changes in client's health status.

Ensure highest client safety and well-being.

First Aid and/or CPR Certificate

Liability Insurance

Driver’s License/Auto Insurance required.

Education-

Must be able to read and speak the English language. Bilingual HHAs and PCAs are encouraged to apply!
