CareStaff Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical travel or local contract position with a Home Health Facility (HH) in Stamford, CT.
How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks is the norm: 13 weeks
Schedule of assignment hours? M – F 8am – 5pm? Yes
Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? Yes
Will there be any on call? If so, how much? Generally once monthly
What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Home Health
What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? The Lower Fairfield County area
What’s creating the request? - work load Ect.. lost one fulltime nurse and workload
About how many miles per week will the contractor travel? Estimated 200/week
What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? Ex: 25/30 ? quota is 30
What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HCHB
Do you want the candidate to have experience in have home health, hospice or both ? YES
Pay Package: $57-60 per hour, based on experience.
