A Home Health Registered Nurse is needed in Stamford, Connecticut for a Contract Travel Assignment (13 weeks).This position is for Monday to Friday 8am 5pm and requires travel of 30-60 miles per day and a caseload of 30 patients per week. Call will be required and will be discussed during interview.
Experience and License Requirements:
- HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook experience required
- Home health experience required
- Must have Connecticut (CT) RN license and active BLS
