Finance Executive (Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
Intercompany Matrix / Confirmation – Liaise with counterparts across global in deliverables required across Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Japan)
Intercompany Billing – Cross billing across R&D, Trade & Non Trade
Departmental Overheads Allocation
Operating Expenses Actuals - Ensure costs are captured correctly in Dynamics based on Accounting standards
Project forecasting – Liaise with Project Managers to compare actuals VS forecasts and future costs allocation
R&D Reporting (including timesheet submission)
Monthly Reporting submission
Ad-hoc tasks when required
