Finance Executive (Malaysia)

Responsibilities:

• Intercompany Matrix / Confirmation – Liaise with counterparts across global in deliverables required across Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Japan)

• Intercompany Billing – Cross billing across R&D, Trade & Non Trade

• Departmental Overheads Allocation

• Operating Expenses Actuals - Ensure costs are captured correctly in Dynamics based on Accounting standards

• Project forecasting – Liaise with Project Managers to compare actuals VS forecasts and future costs allocation

• R&D Reporting (including timesheet submission)

• Monthly Reporting submission

• Ad-hoc tasks when required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, including Financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to diverse stakeholders
• Experience working in the technology industry is preferred
• Experience working in an international business environment
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics and advanced in Excel is a plus
• We are on a hybrid work environment; you will be required to come into office 1-2x per week, the rest of the days will be working from home. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur
