UniUni Logistics Inc. is Hiring a Business Development Specialist Near Brea, CA

Job Responsibility:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify potential markets, industries, and clients for our products/services. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and online platforms to generate leads and prospect potential clients. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads for business development purposes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Communicate effectively to understand their needs, address concerns, and present our products/services as solutions to their challenges.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of clients and maximize chances of success.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Provide relevant information, coordinate meetings, and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Provide regular reports and insights to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual in Chinese is an asset
