UnityPoint Health is Hiring a Culinary Services Café Supervisor; 0.5- 1.0 FTE, Day Shift Near Madison, WI

FTE: 0.5
Shift: 8:-4:30 5 days / pay period including every 4th weekend
Compensation: $22.79/Hour , based on experience
Hours Per Week: 20
Weekends: Yes
Benefit Eligible
- High School diploma
- Formal restaurant management/culinary/Dietetic certification and/or experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years related food service management or chef manager experience.
- Must possess (or be able to obtain in 6 months) State Restaurant Manager Sanitation Certificate (Servsafe).
- Strong working knowledge of quantity scratch cooking with emphasis on quality.
- Must be able to work side-by-side with food production staff and manage same.
- Strong working knowledge of cafeteria, retail sales and catering operations required, with demonstrated ability to manage large scale food procurement and production systems.
- Demonstrated ability to train and work with staff to produce high quality food services.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize computerized food service systems (Point of Sale) required.
- Strong working knowledge of cash handling, financial audit systems and standards of internal controls
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Foodservice Management or Dietetics.
- Servsafe certified.
