Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging in business-to-business (B2B) sales activities, including sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings, to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and grow our customer base. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales prospecting, and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to prospect and acquire new B2B customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers to promote customer retention and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
  • Close Sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
