Compensation:

• Hourly, non-exempt
• New hires can expect to be placed on our starting wage scale of $22.12 to $26.01 per hour
• Based on performance, there is room to grow on our full wage scale of $22.12 to $29.86 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Full time, 40 hours
• M-F 8am-5pm

Job Summary

As a Patient Accounts Specialist for Unity Care NW, you would be responsible for patient accounts, including: statements, collecting payments, sending to collections, providing phone coverage, and suspending accounts.

Requirements

• Possesses a basic level of written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills and mathematical knowledge at a level typically acquired through completion of a general studies high school program.
• Possesses some knowledge and training in healthcare patient accounts and collections practices & processes.
• 55 wpm typing speed
