We are seeking qualified, highly motivated individuals to help us grow our Tampa Sales teams. We specialize in commercial and residential roofing plus we offer comprehensive Solar solutions for your clients. We will provide everything you need to run a successful sales team. We will help with training and recruiting to ensure you have the people necessary to consistently hit team expectations and personal goals. In addition to commission on sales you close you will receive an override for anyone you manage when they close a deal. So the more people you have under you closing deals the more lucrative this opportunity could be. Our managers will earn $50,000-$200,000 if they consistently hit goals and follow the process. Not to mention one person will earn the opportunity to make $80,000-$300,000 as the overall manager of our Tampa teams if they are able to meet minimum expectations.
