We are seeking an Account Manager who maintains Genoa’s existing relationships with client partners. Account managers serve as the interface between our pharmacy operations and sales teams. The Account Manager serves to understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales.

This position is not a remote role and you will be required to report to 17201 N 63rd Ave Glendale, AZ 85308 | Mon-Friday from 8a-5p.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Contributes to Genoa’s growth by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential new business, and effectively communicating product offerings
• Develops and expands business while maintaining existing relationships with current investment management clients
• Collaborates with senior team members in all aspects of sales and marketing, client management, and ensure follow up with clients and internal staff
• Provides full service to clients in the areas of public funds investment, client education, client presentations, reporting, and regular client meetings
• Attends client partner or Genoa site events (Example: COVID and flu clinics)
• Evaluates and advises on client investment policies
• Creates innovative ways of educating clients and prospects on current market events and investment opportunities
• Coordinates information and document flow between staff, clients, and other stakeholders on a regular basis
• Touches base with facilities on weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly visits by call, email or face to face

• Level 1 Fingerprint card

• Pharmacy Tech experience
• PTCB
• CPR card
• Reliable Transportation
