JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the building, daily operations and duties associated with campaign supply.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
· Receive and inventory all supplies; advise supervisor of discrepancies.
· Assist Information Services staff in the preparation of printed materials and assembling packets.
· Store and sort materials in a manner to allow easy access, disposition, and inventory.
· Supervise part-time or volunteer clerks in the systematic assembly of pre-sorted and pre-printed materials in accordance with printed instructions, or as otherwise specified on special request forms.
· Store preassembled materials for all accounts in a manner so that materials can be easily located.
· Distribute appropriate campaign materials as requested by loaned executives or staff with campaign responsibilities; insure that account supplies are logged and signed out.
· Assemble campaign training packets. Ensure special packets requested by staff with campaign responsibilities are available to meet training deadlines.
· Maintain inventory and sign out log for all campaign equipment: DVDs, cameras, banners, and other items as specified. Notify supervisor immediately of missing or defective equipment.
· Ensure that the supply room is maintained in an accessible and orderly manner at all times.
· Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
· Maintain and manage physical assets.
· Makes minor painting, carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
· Replenishes breakroom, conference room and restroom supplies.
· Sets up and tears down chairs, tables and equipment in meeting rooms, and function rooms.
· Clears debris from entrances, walkways, parking lot and surrounding area on a daily basis.
· Uses hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds and walkways.
· Operates mail machine.
· Mail pick-up and drop-off at geographically separate location.
· Transports long term storage items to and from offsite storage unit.
· Secures facility and parking lot on daily basis.
· Interacts and overseas contractors conducting work within and around the facility.
· Responsible for occasional upkeep of grounds.
· Conducts end of day checks.
· Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High School diploma/GED required.
· Home repair/maintenance a plus
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
· Strong ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise and extreme temperatures.
· Reliable personal transportation required.
