The successful Operations Manager (OM)plans, organizes, and manages daily activities related to production and operations in landscape Maintenance, Construction, Plant Health Care, and Water Management. Conducts monthly site assessments and quality control reports for all client’s properties. Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports. Develops and maintains positive employee and client relationships. Works with other departments to ensure alignment of companies’ vision, objectives and milestones. This position requires a person who can work under duress, multi-task, highly organized, energetic, detailed oriented and possess outstanding internal and external customer service and leadership skills. The incumbent will also perform all other duties as assigned.
