Responsibilities

The BI Manager will be responsible for using Power BI to transform organizational data into insight to assist in making informed decisions and maximize the value offered our customers. The BI Manager is responsible for leading, building, and maintaining automated reports and self-service solutions capable of scaling as our business continues to grow. They will be the Power BI expert who can provide ad-hoc support and help educate stakeholders on interpreting the results of an analysis. The BI Manager will be hands-on and capable of developing bottom-up dashboards while designing the analytics division with department head.

This position is located at our Corporate headquarters in Tampa. Qualified applicants may have the option for a remote schedule, with occasional travel of up to 30%.

· Act as the Lead/SME for business intelligence reporting within Power BI using DAX and Power Query.

· Design, develop, and support data workflows and scripts within Power BI for operational and business impact data and create new sets of queries to support business needs and optimize existing workflows.

· Work cross-functionally with partners on data and practice management teams to identify data sources needed to support the business, align on metrics, and ensure reporting is accurate and consistent across teams.

· Work closely with Patient Engagement Team, Salesforce, Finance, and Leadership to push the business forward, problem-solve, and identify opportunities.

· Develop visualizations based on user needs.

· Design and enforce access controls.

· Architect scalable business intelligence solutions and processes.

· Create robust dashboards where stakeholders can easily generate insights.

· Run ad-hoc analyses to help drive projects and key business initiatives forward.

· Document data definitions, key metrics and sample reports, ensuring alignment and consistency in reporting across all departments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of in-depth experience working with Power BI.
• Expert level DAX & Power Query (M) experience required.
• Excellent communication skills as you will be interfacing with all levels of management up to C-level.
• Experience working on technical data infrastructure and developing/maintaining data models.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience in SQL and relational databases including queries, database definition, and schema design.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Able to embrace and adapt to new system technologies to support the business.
• Dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the healthcare industry and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing data models and data warehouses, writing, and maintaining Extract, Transform, and Load (ETLs) which operate on structured and unstructured sources through Power BI Services.
• Experience designing and executing structured analyses, deriving business insights, and evaluating the impact of business decisions
