Director of Sales & Marketing

United Methodist Communities in Camden County, a 5-Star full-service senior living community that is a model in person-centered care community, located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing.

Requirements for a Director of Sales & Marketing:

• High School diploma.
• 3 years of sales experience in hospitality or senior service industry with a focus on CCRC, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales process software product.
• CMP (Certified Marketing Professional)

Responsibilities for a Director of Sales & Marketing:

• Conducts and oversee daily management of sales operations.
• Establish and adheres to sales and performance metrics.
• Responds to prospective resident inquiries through incoming telephone calls, emails, mail-ins and walk-ins. Conducts interviews and tours of the community.
• Conducts the annual marketing competitive analysis. Develops and executes annual marketing and sales plan in collaboration with the Vice President, Marketing and Communications.
• Maintains and/or improves upon the occupancy level of the community in accordance with the sales plan and keeping track of updates and budgetary expenses.
• Builds and maintains referral network.
• Executes Marketing tactical plan.
• Organizes, oversees and participates in marketing events both on and off-site.
• Maintains database on a consistent basis.
• Provides oversight for the move-in process.
• Develops & implements a detailed marketing and sales plan.
• Approves community media plan.
• Ensures departmental reports are completed in a timely manner.
