Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our including sales, event planning, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase catering sales and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the catering team to create customized menus for events
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning and execution of events
- Utilize technology platforms to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in catering

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology industry is beneficial
