Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Maintain common areas and grounds to ensure they are clean and presentable to tenants and perspective tenants (lawn mowing, weed eating, tree trimming, etc.)
• Complete work orders within 24 hours
• Complete unit turns within Managements turn schedule
• Be able to trouble shoot appliance, electrical and plumbing issues
• On-call for emergencies, as required by the Management.
• Complete purchase orders for necessary supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager
• Ensures property follows all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections with the Community Manager
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• Dependable/responsible/self-starter/motivated
• Minor appliance repair, painting, sheetrock, and ability to learn new skills and take direction.
• Light plumbing, and electrical skills are a plus
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Read, write, and speak English

Salary: $20, DOE
